Welcome to Mountain Song

A joyful community chorus bringing people together as a musical family. We are an inclusive, secular chorus serving our Western NC region. 

• Singing songs of all styles in engaging performances in Saluda, Hendersonville, Tryon, Rutherfordton NC and beyond. 

• Centered in Saluda but with a regional reach to Tryon, Brevard, Rutherfordton, Hendersonville and even Spartanburg and Traveler's Rest SC. We are only a short drive away from you. Come join our musical family!

• Open to all singers, age 16 and above, who can sing their part in four-part choir music. You don't have to read music or sing solos. (We do require an informal vocal interview with a director to hear your vocal tone and make sure you can sing your part. We promise not to intimidate you, so don't let this keep you from coming.

      Put these dates on your calendar and join us:

> Rehearsals on two Mondays, December 1 and December 8, 6:30-8pm at Saluda Center, 64 Greenville St, Saluda. 

> One performance night on Friday, December 12, 6:00 to 9:00: Caroling along the street for Saluda Christmas Stroll 6:30-7:30. Then singing two songs for the Saluda    Ecumenical Carols and Candlelight Service, 8pm at First Baptist Church. 

> Plan now to join & bring a singer with you. (No vocal interview required.)
